四步归档
- 1用系统相机的文档模式拍摄，自动裁边，不要用普通拍照。
- 2导出前执行文字识别，确认关键条款能被选中。
- 3文件名写成「日期-对方名称-文件类型」，不要用「扫描件1」。
- 4存进按年份分的文件夹，并同步一份到云盘。
